Membership
For the 2009/10 season we are introducing a new set of subscriptions and match fees, with the emphasis on cutting down as much of the administration as possible and making things easier for the membership secretary, treasurer, team captains and players alike!
Please support this new initiative and help us to get as many members as possible set up and paying their subs by standing order. If the majority of members (even the U21's only paying £5 per month) can set up rolling standing orders this season, then hopefully these can just continue for future seasons and the workload for everyone is vastly reduced. Anyone leaving the club would simply cancel their standing order, otherwise they just continue to pay over 12 months.
A few dates to keep in mind:
1) Club Day Sat 5th September at St Andrews Astro . Come along and get the season started and maybe get selected for a higher XI. Juniors 10am-midday, Ladies midday-2.00pm, Men 2.00pm-4.00pm. Bring club and white shirts .
2) Junior Training; resumes Wednesday 9th September at St Andrews School, 5.30pm – 6.30pm and Friday 11th September at Worthing Leisure Centre 5.00pm – 6.00pm.
3) Senior Training; resumes Tuesday the 1st September at St Andrews for Mens 1’s & 2's, Ladies 3's & 4's and goalkeeper coaching. This will be from 6.30pm to 8.00pm
From Wednesday 2nd September training will resume at St Andrews for Mens 3's, 4's, 5's and 6's together with Ladies 1's & 2's. Again this will be 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
WHC Subscription Rates 2009/10
At the AGM the Annual Subscriptions were agreed as:
Under 16’s £45
Under 21’s £60 Ages calculated from 01 Sept 2009
Senior Men £180 (payable by standing order, 12 months at £15)
Senior Ladies £168 (payable by standing order, 12 months at £14)
Reduced Senior £120 (for those living outside 12 mile radius or with 50% availability, £10 per month S.O.)
Social Member £20
Membership subscriptions are payable by the 31st October 2009 . All standing orders will need to have cleared the first payment in October 2009. All members paying by standing order with a payment cleared in October 2009 will be entered into a prize draw for a luxury hamper of goodies.
Anyone who hasn't paid their subs by 31st October 2009 will not be eligible for selection - no exceptions.

Match Fees These have been reduced in conjunction with the increased subs and to make them standardised for all players and easier to manage.
