WHC Dinner Dance on 4th June 2011

DINNER DANCE 2011

 

Date:  Saturday 4 June 2011 at 7pm for 7.30pm start

 

Venue:  The Windsor House Hotel, Windsor Road Worthing, BN11 2LX

 

Time:  7pm for 7.30pm start till 12.30am to finish at 1pm (unless staying in Hotel)

 

Cost:  Adults £30            -           U18s: £25

 

3 Course meal (starter, main, dessert) followed by coffee and mints.

 

If you would like to book you place please send your selection (one copy per person) with your payment (Cheques made payable to Worthing Hockey Club) to Yolanda Hinton, 22 Juniper Close, Durrington, BN13 3PR by Sunday 24 April 2011 at the latest.

 

If I  get your payment but no menu choice a standard menu of soup, Chargrilled Chicken Breast and chocolate profiteroles will be ordered for you.

 

There are 100 places available.

 

Menu choices including vegetarian selection attached.  If you have any dietary requirements please let me know so that this can be sorted without the minimum of upsets.

Freshly made, garnished with Garlic Croutons & Fresh Parsley

Prawn Cocktail

Prawns set on mixed leaves topped with a brandy marie rose sauce and garnished with brown bread

Breaded Mushrooms

Breaded in a Herb Crust & served with Garlic Mayonnaise & Salad garnish

Fanned Melon

Drizzled with a Raspberry Coulis

Deep Fried Brie

Breaded Deep Fried Brie, garnished with a side salad drizzled with a cranberry dressing

 

 

Roast Beef

Served with Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Gravy

Chargrilled Chicken Breast

Served with Brandy & Mushroom Sauce

Oven Baked Salmon Fillet

Served with a Cucumber & Butter Sauce

Marinated Lamb Steak

Served with a Mint & Rosemary Sauce

Chargrilled Pork Steak

Served with a Peppercorn and Whisky Sauce
