A strong, well organised and skillful Hailsham side posed a few problems for the Tigers this week and in difficult conditions it a was a credit to them that they stuck to the task.A Charles McCall signature run down the right saw a great pass in and a sweetly struck shot from Jake High Gave their adult keeper no chance to finally break the deadlock.The scoreline stayed like this into the second half and it was a relief to see the second goal, from Alex Mason, give the tigers some much needed breathing space, although Hailsham continued to counter at every opportunity. In the end a well grafted win and a nice way to end the first half of the season.A big thank you to umpire Luke Helmer and the hugely influential Peter Barter.
