A slow trip to Bognor due to a silver BMW Z3 travelling at least 10 mph under the speed limit at all times, and no it wasn’t Nails, Worthing arrived at Bognor and started with 10 men due to one going to the wrong pitch, and having to travel back to Worthing to get his phone and then back to Bognor, making it just in time for the start of the second half when we went down to 9 due to one player having to leave at half time. An undermanned Worthing played well but not able to keep out the barrage of goals from Bognor. Dave Parsons stepped in to the goalie position for the match and kept goal well saving plenty regardless of the score line. Also just to add , I scored my first goal in probably ten years. Well done to all. Also many thanks to Ann Q for umpiring, otherwise we would have gone down to 8 men just after half time.
