Worthing Men’s 6^th XI 1 St Francis Men’s 3^rd XI 3

A tough game against the biggest sloggers in the league. Not a good idea to get in the way of some of their power clearances! A game in which we dominated the first half with good passing moves and fluent attacking and went into the break 1 - 0 up. The second half was somewhat disappointing as we seemed to lose momentum and never regained our fluidity of the first half resulting in losing 3 goals and never quite managing to put the ball away when our chances came up. Good performances however from our junior contingent this week of Conor Allam, in goal (excellent), Ellis Woolley (excellent), Jake High (excellent), Conor Dinning (excellent) and even the mischievous car fidget Ciaran Dinning (V.G.!).
