Not our finest performance this week crashing 8-1 to 3rd place Hailsham away, maybe it was knowing we were now safe or the heat but something didn’t work for a lot of the game, though some good performances too.
The first half finished 3-0 two from short corners. The second half Worthing looked tired conceding 5 but Andy Boxall managed to claim a consolation goal. Two weeks off for us now as we wait for our re-arranged game against Eastbourne on the 14th of April
Team: Joe Fowler (GK), Dan French (Capt), Bob Catlow, Sean Ward, Robin Carr, Ian Birbeck, James Hanson, Andy Boxall (Vice Capt)(1 Goal), Roger Beaney, Howard Wakeling, Jon Humphreys
