Tinsel, baubles, fairy lights and Mariah Carey… not usually things you’d associate with Summer, but due to frozen pitches preventing play at Christmas, Worthing Hockey Club were finally able to hold their Reindeer Fun Family Club Day at the start of June!
Players of all ages from across the club took part in the fun and inclusive festive tournament, with some of the younger members getting their first taste of proper hockey. With festive tunes pumping across the pitch, players donned their reindeer antlers in the glorious sunshine and were able to celebrate Worthing HC raising £500 for Chestnut Tree House
